Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or broiler to high.

Step 2: Prepare the Oysters

Arrange the shucked oysters on a baking tray.

Step 3: Cook the Bacon

In a frying pan, cook the finely chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4: Top the Oysters

Spoon a small amount of the Signature Kilpatrick Catch Sauce onto each oyster.
Sprinkle the crispy bacon bits on top of each oyster.

Step 6: Grill the Oysters

Place the baking tray under the preheated grill or broiler. Grill for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling and the edges of the oysters start to curl.

Step 7: Serve

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Tips

  • For extra flavour, you can add a pinch of smoked paprika to the sauce.
  • Ensure the oysters are fresh and properly shucked for the best taste.
